While it won’t necessarily increase FPS and your system’s overall performance, you won’t face any issues where there is a need for a faster memory.
But if you aren’t able to get this and are tight on your budget, then you can opt for slower RAM and get a faster CPU and GPU. In the end, having a slower CPU/GPU will hamper overall performance more than having a slower memory ever will. Always put the system’s performance as your priority.
